The Wife He Lost Twice

The Wife He Lost Twice Plot

Elena was married into New York’s elite Howard family as a stand-in for Chloe—the widow of her late brother-in-law James. For seven years, Elena and her daughter Luna endured humiliation and abuse from Chloe and her son Ian.

On Luna’s seventh birthday, Elena overhears her husband Alexander confessing his deep love for Chloe. She realizes she has been nothing but a shield covering their forbidden romance. Blinded by favoritism toward Ian, Alexander neglects Luna, who is hit by a car. Worse, he rolls a fake die that delays emergency treatment, costing Luna her leg.

Crushed, Elena files for divorce and flees with Luna to a poor Miami neighborhood. Only after losing Elena does Alexander realize he loves her. Chloe plots against Elena and kidnaps Luna. Alexander is shot rescuing them. A DNA test reveals Ian is not James’s biological son—Chloe has lied for seven years.

Alexander fakes his death and watches over Elena in secret. Two years later, Elena builds the S&L brand into a business empire. She discovers Alexander is alive and forces him to reveal himself. He joins S&L as Vice-President to atone. In the end, he eliminates all threats, earns forgiveness from Elena and Luna, and the family reunites with a wedding on Miami Beach.
